Payment & Service Policies
We care deeply about our customers and their success. To ensure a transparent and respectful experience, we believe it’s important to establish a mutual understanding of the responsibilities we uphold in delivering our services and our processes, as well as the policies that apply to payment, usage, and deliverables.
Deliverable Policy
Once you submit your interview video, you will receive your personalized performance review within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday). Submissions made over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Payment Policy
All interview packages are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once payment is completed. This policy allows us to begin processing your request and allocating resources immediately.
Access and Usage
When you purchase a MockVue interview package, your access never expires — you’re free to complete your interview whenever you’re ready. There’s no pressure to submit immediately. However, please note that:

Once a video is submitted for review, that submission counts as your usage of the package.

To conduct an additional mock interview and receive a new analysis, you will need to purchase a new package.

Use of Artificial Intelligence
MockVue uses several advanced, open-source AI models to generate our performance reports. We are neither associated with nor use recruiter-facing software developed specifically for job candidate screenings, such as HireVue. We do not own the rights to the AI models we employ.
The technologies MockVue utilizes were strategically chosen after thorough research for their unique capabilities, advantages, and functionalities. We believe that, when applied together, they produce a predictive report in line with industry standards.
Our confidence is backed by our experimentation with various software to ensure our methodology includes those that have yielded the best results. We refined our processes through collaboration with former recruiters who gave input on quality and several trial groups, who participated in MockVue interviews and received our reports prior to completing autonomous job screenings.
The increases in success and improvement among our participants, as well as the positive feedback we have received from clients, are a testament to the promising utility of our services.
